Operation

The handle is equipped with a free-running mechanism between the locked position and the tilted position (unlocking the cylinder is not necessary) in order to enable ventilating.

A blocking mechanism is located at the limit-stop of 90° tilt position. Continuing to move the handle into the 180° turn position is only possible after unlocking the cylinder.

Furthermore, the handle can be locked in the 0° locked position, thus providing an additional burglar-inhibiting security function. In addition, this innovative handle is equipped with a unique automatic locking function that blocks the opening operation in the 180° turn mode, without locking the cylinder.

Important: The Tilt-First (TF) function can only be ensured with Tilt-First hardware or T&T hardware dedicated for this usage.
